Additionally, can you name three things you are grateful for? These don't have to be goalkeeper-related. The reason I do this is simple: everyone has tough weeks. Reflecting on and writing down your recent wins and what you're grateful for is a PROVEN way to realise that life is pretty great and you're a very lucky person. Between cancelled, sessions and matches due to bad weather, then as soon as the nice weather arrives, Gee has damaged her ankle. Fortunately no brakes, but not a quick fix either. Unfortunately, that's What's caused us to be quiet (on top of home stuff which I'd rather not put on this forum at this time - nothing personal) Hopefully, shouldn't be long out. I have treated her to a new pair of the J4K padded skins/base layers (her fav) trains in them over shorts 🤣, and a new pair of Shokshields. So hopefully they'll arrive this week and it'll pick her up. Hope everyone is well and smashing it on and off the pitch. TTFN

Yesterday I received a really nice surprise from @Ray Newland it was very unexpected but shows how much my efforts are appreciated. I'm not on here for what I can get out of it other then the fact I feel good being able to support other Goalkeepers and parents and love how most are supportive of me. The Ice XTN was the first ever glove I got from J4K so I'm excited to have them back in my collection and I get through my mindset journals so this is very helpful. Thank you so much Ray and J4K ~ I'm proud to be different
