When God Moves You Forward
There are seasons where it feels like life is pushing you faster than you can keep up. Things change suddenly. Doors close unexpectedly. You’re forced to step into new territory—sometimes without warning, sometimes without preparation. But God is never caught off guard. When He moves you forward, He walks ahead of you. He doesn’t just send you into the next season. He goes before you. He prepares conversations. Aligns opportunities. Softens hearts. Clears paths you don’t even see yet. And even when the transition feels uncomfortable… that discomfort is often the first sign that God is shifting something. Not to harm you. Not to punish you. But to advance you. Your job isn’t to have every step figured out. Your job is to keep taking steps—trusting that the God who goes before you also stands beside you. So today, release the fear of the unknown. God is already in your tomorrow. And He’s not leading you somewhere to abandon you—He’s leading you somewhere to grow you.

I’ve been meditating on Psalm 139:5-6 “You go before me and follow me. You place your hand of blessing on my head. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me too great for me to understand.” 🙏🏽 So reading this today is really encouraging me too just keep trusting that he really has something in store for me. Something that is just unimaginable!!
Here I am , I stand at the door and knock
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock.” — Revelation 3:20 Jesus doesn’t force His way into your life — even when He loves you deeply. He knocks quietly… waiting for invitation. Not because He is distant — But because He is gentle. Sometimes we want Jesus to move in our lives… But we don’t always make room for Him in our schedule, our thoughts, or our habits. We give Him leftovers — when He wants our firsts. We give Him prayers — when He wants our presence. Growing closer to Jesus starts with a simple decision: Make space. Space in your morning before the phone. Space in your mind before the noise. Space in your heart before the worry. And when you open the door — even just a little — He doesn’t step in halfway. He fills the room.

Amen!! I feel like this applies when trying to spread the word as well! Like with my friend, I never forced her to come to church I always just gave her an invintation, or when she was going through something I would kind of relate to it and say how God helped me through that moment or season and she took not only the information I gave her but the information God spoke through to me and applied it to her life and now she’s a believer, got baptismed and all that good stuff!! So it takes time, gentleness and patience, I hope everyone has a blessed evening/day. God is good.
