How to Navigate Skool
Don't be weakened by the weekend
Hey Gang...We’ve put in the work. We’ve sweated through the sessions, meal-prepped the chicken, and fought the mid-week slumps. But now we’re hitting the Danger Zone: the weekend. It’s easy to be a champion on a Tuesday at 10:00 AM when your routine is locked in. The real test of your transformation isn't what you do when the world is watching; it’s what you do when the schedule clears and the "treat yourself" voice starts whispering. A "Cheat Day" can be catastrophic!!! A weekend of "sliding" doesn't just pause your progress—it actively erases the hard-earned deficit you created all week. Don't spend 48 hours sabotaging the 120 hours of discipline you just clocked. If you need to cheat, make it a once a week treat, not an entire day. (allow 20-30 minutes only) Remember: * A "rest day" is for your muscles, not your values. - You aren't "missing out" on junk food; you’re "opting in" to a better version of yourself. - The Monday-morning regret tastes far worse than any Sunday-afternoon indulgence. The Game Plan 1. Identity Check: You are no longer the person who uses the weekend as an excuse to quit. You are an athlete in training for a better life. 2. The 80/20 Rule: If you’re going to enjoy a social meal, plan for it. Don't let a "snack" turn into a "slide." 3. Move Early: Get your workout or your steps in before the day gets away from you. Own the morning, own the weekend. Don’t be weakened by the weekend. Stay sharp, stay focused, and let’s walk into Monday morning with momentum, not an apology. Who’s with me? Drop a "Locked In" below if you're staying the course. 👊

Devotional!
Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.” — Gospel of John 15:4 Jesus did not call us to simply work for Him, but to live in Him. The word abide means to remain, dwell, stay connected, and make your home in. Many believers spend their lives trying to produce fruit — peace, joy, wisdom, strength — but they do it through effort instead of connection. Jesus makes it clear in this passage: fruit is not produced by striving, but by abiding. A branch does not struggle to produce grapes. It simply stays connected to the vine. When you stay connected to Jesus: • Strength flows to you • Wisdom flows to you • Peace flows to you • Love flows to you The problem is not that we need to try harder. The problem is that many of us have drifted from the vine. Life gets busy. Responsibilities pile up. Our minds get filled with noise. But the invitation of Jesus is simple: “Come back and remain with Me.” When you sit with Him, pray, worship, and meditate on His Word, your soul reconnects to the Source of life. From that place, transformation happens naturally. Today is not about trying to become a better Christian. Today is about staying close to Jesus. Because when you abide in Him, He lives His life through you.
