What's the most annoying repetitive task in your real estate business?

Random observation after talking to a few real estate folks hereโ€ฆ
A lot of deals donโ€™t fall through because of bad leads โ€”they fall through because of timing. Likeโ€ฆ someone shows interest, fills a form, or textsโ€ฆand the response comes hours later. By then, theyโ€™ve already talked to 2โ€“3 other agents. Not blaming anyone โ€” the workload is actually crazy in this space. Calls, site visits, follow-ups, paperworkโ€ฆ it stacks up fast. Just made me realize how much speed + consistency actually matter more than anything else here. Curious โ€” how are you guys currently handling follow-ups? Manual, team-based, or some kind of system?

My first year in real estate I sold $30M.
Now I own a top independent brokerage and have consulted with most of the industry. Hereโ€™s exactly what my schedule looked like my first year: 8:00 AM โ€“ 12:00 PM Cold calling. Every day. No excuses. 12:00 PM โ€“ 1:00 PM Lunch and prep for door knocking. 1:00 PM โ€“ 3:00 PM Door knocking. Face to face conversations. Saturday and Sunday 11:00 AM โ€“ 4:00 PM Open houses. Every weekend. No magic. No hacks. No shortcuts. Just consistency, volume, and putting myself in front of people daily. If youโ€™re not where you want to be in this business, donโ€™t change your script first. Change your schedule. Winning in real estate is boring. But boring works then becomes exciting.
