Hey Coaches, I’ve got a question for you:When was the last time you took a workshop, completed an online course, or attended a seminar that challenged or inspired you as a coach? Take a second to really think about it. Now think about how you felt during or after… 🔥Excited? Re-energized? More connected to your “why”? Here’s the truth: continuing education isn’t just about adding letters after your name—it’s about staying lit up as a coach and showing up better for the people who trust us with their health. And it’s not just a “CrossFit thing.” 📊 According to a study published in the Journal of Labor Economics, employees who regularly pursue continued education see an average of 8–12% higher earnings over their peers who don’t. Across fields from education to tech to healthcare, those who keep learning… keep growing. 💰📚 In our world, that translates to: - More effective coaching - Deeper relationships with athletes - Better retention - Higher career satisfaction - And yes… more opportunity 💥 Drop a quick note on the last workshop/course/seminar you took (or something you’ve got your eye on), and what you learned. I recently took the nutrition course with CrossFit and I’m currently getting certified with speed strength and agility for athletes through a company back home in England and it is amazing. Coach kids and teens is my passion and incorporating this into the CrossFit strength portion is gonna make them stronger and hopefully prevent injuries.

Hi, my name is Beejan and I’m the owner of CrossFit Proprius. I’m the success story of our gym, a member who use to be 290 pounds, was told I’d be a diabetic in a few months if I didn’t change my life, having massive knee and other joint pains. After joining my gym, I lost a huge amount of weight. I’m no longer prediabetic and have no pains in my body. So when Covid hit and the owner of the gym decided to shut it down my wife and I bought it to keep the community together. I wanted a place where people could come and feel welcome even when they are overweight and have chronic illnesses But at the same time can be held accountable because I’ve been there. The reason I’m joining is to learn more and more so that I can in return help. My members become better versions of themselves.
