Just ordered my Cash Cow Cart a few days ago…thanks Ben! My plan is to start with all beef dogs, basic condiments, and a chili cheese dog as the specialty dog. Down the road I’d like to add a Chicago dog as well. Any thoughts? pro or con about my approach? Any other Arizona peeps? Thanks

How do people put mustard or ketchup on a hotdog? Do you swiggle it in a zig zag pattern or do you do a straight line on the dog?

Here's a Nacho Dog and a Chili Mac Dog I did. I kinda want one of each now. That's sriracha on the chili Mac dog.
