I know when you're done with all the set up and legal tape with getting permits and license what about the little stuff at nobody thinks about like health insurance for you're self or you're family that what really the biggest difference to me is. Working an 9-5 40 hr week the employer offers but what about us fokes that wants to be entrepreneurs

My regular job is health insurance, open enrollment starts tomorrow. Depending on what state you live in, you can check rates here, just number of people in your household (ie the number of people on your tax return) and a guesstimate of your 2026 income and you can get an idea of what the cost would be for ACA. There are a few other options available and I'm available to answer questions. Pan sizes
Did I miss something in pan size 101? Or did I just get cheap pans...? I thought a half pan and two quarter pans should fit inside of a full pan. Mine doesn't fit. At least not correctly....

@Laurance Turner ahhh I assumed full size and spillage were the same, just spillage would be deeper. that makes sense.... ty

Iron skillet over burner
Curious question, if I could fashion a bracket to set it on, or hang it from, couldn't I grill dogs on it and or onions?

Trailer markers
I towed my cart for the first time today and found out two things. 1. I made the trailer light pigtail too short by about 1 ft :(. Easy enough fix though 2. That harbor freight trailer is very small behind an F-150 lol. I feel like I'm going to have to have some kind of rods on there so I can see it. And my guess is they would need to be removable... Any recommendations,?
