My Boss move this week was taking myself out for St. Patrick's day all by myself. Though the Gen X in me loved this shirt, I drank Spicy Sauv! Cool enough to sit outside withOUT bugs listened to an amazing rock band (TacoCat Trio) and watched the Georgia sun set. This week, did you do anything fun for St. Patrick's Day? for yourself, Boss?

Gregg just hired for a new role in his growing marketing company! He hired their first graphic designer (a HUGE move from using Independent Contractors) on the team. AND... if I can brag on what he shared with me, he sent a detailed welcome email to build enthusiasm while also laying out the goals he had for the new team member to achieve that week (meetings for trainings, debriefs with him daily, and more). Can you imagine how expected that employee feels and purposeful they can show up in the new job? Rock that Bossitude, @Gregg Goldstein P.S.
