Hello, I am using the call transfer tool, it tries to transfer but says they're unable to. I looked at the call summary and it says there were permissions issues. Is there an extra step to allow call transfer? The user requested to be connected with Brent, but the transfer could not be completed due to permission issues. The agent apologized and offered to assist the user directly by asking about the issue with their vehicle.

Curious, Can we have a time frame as to when the AI assistant can start chatting. I’ve seen several people post about having issues with inbound not working. What was the fix? I submitted ticket to support days ago. Obviously there is a step or something missing in the setup docs for close to a dozen people to be having this same issue. Not sure why the response to all the posts have been “contact support” instead of just posting the solution. Thanks.
