Wow! This was a real challenge. I was traveling and then sick for a bit so missed a few workouts, then Thanksgiving. Needed this. All cardio with strength moves included through push ups and squats. If you want to sweat and feel worked out. This is it.

Good one. Bands, lower body. No jumping but def sweaty. Recommend.

Lower 15
That was so challenging - bands, some floor work. All glutes and core. No planks. this week I'll do Upper 3 and 2 and then Lower 14.

Upper 5
Just started the work wee with upper 5. Really challenging walk-out/plank sequence in the middle if you want to push it. Tomorrow back to lower.

Lower 5
Just did Lower 5: minute to win it format, mostly (3/4) jumping/hopping warmup moves, followed by a few plank moves (1/4). Not a fave esp for a Monday but a hit in terms of cardio + strength. Tomorrow Upper 6.
