Wow! This was a real challenge. I was traveling and then sick for a bit so missed a few workouts, then Thanksgiving. Needed this. All cardio with strength moves included through push ups and squats. If you want to sweat and feel worked out. This is it.
Just did Lower 5: minute to win it format, mostly (3/4) jumping/hopping warmup moves, followed by a few plank moves (1/4). Not a fave esp for a Monday but a hit in terms of cardio + strength. Tomorrow Upper 6.
