Good news
This course set me up with the knowledge. One of my clients is picking up 10 seats of Claude enterprise and Iโ€™ll be leading the team on how to get set up correctly for the long term. Cheers. Letโ€™s hope this is just the beginning!

@Jeff Zhen investor recommendation. I was happy to hear it.
I ran the numbers on our top posts. The #1 was 229 characters.
I built a pipeline with Claude Code to look at what's actually driving engagement here. Classified the top 30 posts by how grounded each one is in first-person experience vs. repackaged content. The top post by raw engagement: 229 characters, no hook, no structure. Someone shared a specific win in two sentences. 581 engagements. We all know that was @Alexander Paschka's Good News post. The AI-polished ones mostly fell flat. You can tell when someone ran it through a structure. Staccato opener, tension-and-release, etc. This community catches on fast. What kept showing up in the high-engagement posts: specific tools the person actually used, real numbers, at least one honest admission. Nothing fancy. The details were already there because the work was real. Kind of what you get from actually working inside Jake's ICM. You don't have to construct the specifics, the folder structure already has them. What's your tell when a post feels real vs. assembled?

I never had a strategy. My perspective is that I encourage everyone to take what they learn and apply it in the real world. File me under โ€˜touch grassโ€™ โ€ฆ also I was posting when the community was 500 people. I think it just rode a wave of growth that affirmed that โ€˜you can do it tooโ€™ which is important and echos the desire when you join in.
๐ŸŽ‰ New Course: Davids Corner
๐ŸŽ‰ Meet your new admin: @David Vogel Some of you have been watching this happen in real time. David has been quietly turning his "Show Your Work" posts into one of the most useful threads in this community for months. Resource roundups, deep-dives, honest takes on what's actually working in production. No fluff. No hype. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ So I gave him the keys. ๐Ÿ”‘ David is now an admin of Clief Notes, and he has his own classroom: ๐Ÿ›๏ธ David's Corner. Go check it out. AI Acronym Overload? Here's the Cheat Sheet - Davids Corner ๐Ÿ“‚ What's in David's Corner He started with the resource post a lot of you bookmarked last week and has been steadily expanding it. As of right now you'll find: ๐Ÿ”ฅ Must Have Resources - ๐ŸŽจ Looking for design inspiration? - ๐Ÿง  AI Acronym Overload? Here's the Cheat Sheet - โญ Some of My Favorite Resources ๐Ÿ“š Learning for Everyone - ๐ŸฅŠ Obsidian is BLOAT! Batter Up - ๐Ÿ’ฐ Flip the Script โ€” It's all about the $$$ - ๐Ÿ‘ป Do You Have a Soul? - ๐Ÿ”„ My AI Workflow Evolution ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ’ป Developer Resources - ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธ LEAKED: Ten Prompts from Experts - โšก Introducing the Hermes Stack ๐ŸŽฏ David and Jakes Picks (this one's going to grow) Plus he's curating trusted YouTube channels and a running list of favorite community posts on resources inside the corner. So if you wrote something good about a tool, a stack, or a workflow, that's where it might end up. ๐Ÿ‘€ He's adding more weekly. If something stops delivering, he wants to hear about it. That's how the corner stays sharp. ๐Ÿ”ช ๐Ÿ’ก Why this matters The Vault and The Drawing Room give you my methodology. David's Corner gives you a second lens. Same standards (battle-tested, no theory, no marketing slides), different angle. He's been in the trenches with tools and stacks, and he writes about them honestly. โœ… What you can do 1. ๐Ÿ”– Go bookmark David's Corner in the classroom 2. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Drop a comment under his posts when something works (or doesn't) 3. ๐Ÿ“จ Got a resource that should be in there? Tag him. He's curating.

Two Big Drops: 20% Affiliate Program ๐Ÿš€ & Lifetime VIP
Y'all have been flooding our DMs, so we're doing something we honestly weren't planning on doing. And while we're at it, we're dropping something else that's going to let you make money with us. Let's get into it. ๐Ÿ‘‡ ---- 1. Lifetime VIP โ€” $5,000 ๐Ÿ’Ž We were not planning on ever introducing this. Truly. It wasn't even on the roadmap. But the amount of messages we've gotten asking "what would lifetime cost?" made us actually sit down and think about it. Here's where we landed: $5,000 for lifetime VIP access. A few things we want to be upfront about: VIP started at $47/mo. It's $97/mo now. We're not raising prices anytime soon. As the community keeps growing though, VIP will have to go up. We can only scale Jake's time so much. The $5K number factors in where VIP is heading down the road, not just where it sits today. And honestly? We don't expect anyone to actually pay this. ๐Ÿ˜… That's the truth. We're posting this because you asked, and we'd rather give you a straight answer than dodge the question. โš ๏ธ Before you pull the trigger โš ๏ธ read this: If you're even thinking about lifetime access to us, you should probably wait. The Lyceum is coming, and Lifetime VIP is included. ๐ŸŽ The Lyceum is going to be the single biggest value drop we will ever do. By a mile. If lifetime access is what you want, it's inside the Lyceum at a better deal. Hang tight. ๐Ÿ”ฅ ---- 2. The Affiliate Program is LIVE ๐Ÿ’ฐ This is the one we're most fired up about. You can now get paid for bringing people into the community. We're starting affiliates at 20% commission. ๐ŸŽฏ That's $5.40/mo on every Premium member you refer. $19.40/mo on every VIP member you refer. For as long as they stay a member. Recurring. Every month. Forever (or until they cancel). Here's how to grab your affiliate link: ๐Ÿ”— 1. Open our Skool community 2. Click the Invite button (top of the page) 3. You'll see your personal affiliate link right there 4. Copy it. Share it. Watch it work. Anyone who joins through your link gets attributed to you, and you start earning the second they pay.

Digital Typesetting
I just reached level two on here so it let me post :) As an artist, designer, and strategist I have not been impressed with AI and creative content. Strange riptides have developed around creating friction in the space and the race of the tools seem to be reductive to a race to make the greatest stock photography. UNTIL! I learned about digital typesetting and TYPST. I encourage everyone in this community to research Tex, LaTex, publishing history of the last 40 years. The introduction of a digital typesetting framework in 2023 is now my favorite framework to work in. I have a hard time believing AI will be a differentiator if everyone has access to the tools. The ones I think will succeed will be able to be really good at first mile and last mile strategy. Those human to human touchpoints will be analog. Digital is slippery, we gotta stay sticky. TYPST!

and again with the first mile, last mile...this is based on general intelligence. If I could get interviews with actual clients, employees, and competitors, it would be MORE accurate...also, if you could take this information and turn it into a strategy workbook, it would be more effective...but amazing to me is all the research information was in Spanish and here i am learning while i cook dinner

@Pablo Gancedo awesome! That makes me so happy. I am really a HUGE proponent of analog work. Getting this super changing ai to stick around for more than a week led me to it. An update to what I have done is turn my intelligence reports into a workbook. If a client hires me I want to drop off a book that lives on their desk, not just a file on a server.
