Early morning start jumping into the weekly Gentleman’s call I try to partake in. The a quick run to pick up the groceries (store to car) where they bring the groceries my wife ordered out to the car and I just put them in the boot. Back home to sister the work day, but not until I stopped off to get some photos for you all to peruse 😜 It is a very Brisk 4°C (40°F) this morning with an expected top of 10°C (50°F), so I definately needed the overcoat, and that flat caps is a stylish way to keep my head a little warmer. Also known as Aqua Vitae (the water of life). Ive been a scotch drinker since I was 17 (close to 50 years ago). In preparation for a family trip to Scotland and the visit of a few distilleries, my wife bought me a book on whisky. I had given a couple away to buddies but this one is remarkably complete so I will probably keep it. For a silly pic I threw on a J Press Harris Tweed and one of my tweed flat caps (I have well over a dozen) grabbed a bridle bow tie and sent the pic to my son and DiL as a Sunday morning joke.
