This week, the temperature dropped 🥶 but the business has been pushing forward with intensity 🚀 Q4 is the busiest time of the year but still I always attempt to spend at least 60 minutes a day building my future business. I call these “growth tasks” and make them as non negotiable as possible 🙌🏽 You are building 2 businesses and you may not even know it…. Your business of today - the things you need to do, the distractions, the admin, the emails etc etc Your business of the future - are you transforming into your future self? If you are not actively working on what you are evolving into, that goal will never come into reality. Let me know how the week has been? 🙌🏽

Hey everyone, Just joined after quietly stalking the group for a week straight (you guys are dropping absolute gold in here). I’ve been doing Amazon FBA for 18 months now went from $3k/month profit to consistently hitting $25-30k/mo this year, but I’m still doing way too much manually. Product research alone eats like 15 hours a week and I know there’s a smarter way with AI + automation that doesn’t involve gambling on some $5k “done-for-you” course. What’s the one AI tool or system you implemented that gave you the biggest jump in speed or margins? No fluff, just the real stuff that actually moved the needle for you. In the first 6 months of the business, I had an “evening projects” deep work time of day. It was actually 10pm - 2am. At the time working full time made building the business harder so had to find the time (sacrifice sleep - coffee helped 😮‍💨) It’s not advised long term but short term, I think I found an additional 500 hours of working time to get ahead. Once we quit our careers and got 40+ hours back a week, I slowed this practice right down. What have you done to find the extra time to get ahead? 🙂
