Am I Fat?
Yesterday during a BBQ I got called out for being fat. . The truth is, compared to my friends I am. One of them mentioned it was because I didn't 'see myself as someone who's shredded yet' There is truth in that. Some seasons I'm ALL-IN focusing on my health and getting 'close' to that my dream body.. But whenever life is 'good' Sales are coming in, Money is being made, Wife is happy, I tent to be comfortable. And we can see that in my appearance. Curious what are your favorite ways for staying in shape? P.s. Everyones definition of 'fat' is different. For me in this context it means having a higher fat % than I want.

"Fat" is an extremely relative term. It's not objective, unless you're well over 30%. I'll give you an example, if you added 10 lbs of muscle on your shoulders, arms and chest, in this photo, you'd not appear fat. Far from it, you'd seem "jacked". I did amateur bodybuilding for a quite a while, as well as trained some friends. Whenever I put on muscle, and maintained it, even with a slight belly, NO ONE said I was "fat" One of my friends has a similar body, tall and skinny. We did absolutely zero nutrition planning and 0 "workout" movements. He put on about 5 lbs of muscle in his upper body, and now he looks really "jacked". That's what his sister told me. Ironically, I think you might be either the same weight of not more than your friends in the photo. Us tall guys, we have to put on more muscles to appear as jacked. I would recommend, just eat more protein than you're getting in right now. Get some protein shakes or extra servings of steak/chicken or any other meat in your breakfast/dinner 😂 Make sure your training consistently at least 30 minutes a session, two sessions a week. If you go REALLY HARD, and REALLY INTENSE, you will absolutely grow muscle. Guaranteed!
How I Keep an 88% Show-Up Rate (Instead of 60–70%)
Most people are happy with 60–70% show-up rates. To me, that’s the most annoying thing in the world. So I don't do that, I keep a 88%+ Here’s how in just 3 simple steps: 1. Pre-Call Sequence (Do this after they booked) I send a short personalized video before the call. They already know me, feel connected, and trust I’m real. I also remind them to accept the calendar invite, no loose ends. 2. Nurture Content I send content for them to go through before the call. This does three things: - They get value → reciprocity kicks in. - They’ve invested time → sunk-cost fallacy keeps them accountable. - They’re pre-sold → sales call feels smoother. 3. I Don’t Get Ghosted If someone goes silent, I send 2 messages: A: If there’s still time → “Hey [Name], did you get this? Are we still good for [TimeSlot]?” B: If it’s within 8 hours of the call → “Hey, I saw you didn’t respond — can you get back to me in the next 2 hours or I’ll have to cancel the meeting and open it up for someone else.” Simple. Clear. Respectful. And it works. Bonus tip: If they booked let's say 4 days in advance and you send the first sequence always send another reminder one day before, just to remind them again for the call! This way they have more time to go trough the nurture content ;) What's your favorite trick for increase show up rates? Stay Limitless

Great stuff man! Just quick question, let's assume they don't have WhatsApp. Is it better to use email or text to reach out to them?? I was thinking of using a loom video, with the content attached in an email

Skool Co-Pilot AI, Free access?
I'm thinking about creating an Skool Co-Pilot AI with all my knowledge of helping 100+ Coaches with Skool, generating $800,000 online, etc and give it away for free, would that be to crazy? It would help you: Create an Power Offer -> Increase your prices by leveraging Skool Generate Calls on Demand -> By writing your ads and setting up your funnel Improves your closing rate -> Reviewing your calls and giving feedback. If I'd make this, would there be anything else that you'd like to see or get help with?
