Morning Ritual
Alright! Let’s see if u guys can click on the audio file and listen to it. I was talking w a friend and I challenged her to work on her money mindset for a week and then I decided I’d work on mine also - then when I was driving this song downloaded - let’s keep in mind I don’t rap - so this all me not Chat gpt. (This is also my homework for unit 3 from safe to be seen - amazing course work thanks @Jennifer Liss ) Then I was like this will be my morning ritual…what’s your morning ritual? It’s tough for me to draw a line between the Expansion Room and Safe to be Seen, but I’ll do my best 🙂 Incredible coaching on the monthly calls, powerful shifts coming out of those calls. The amount of content received in the classroom is far more generous than expected and is supportive in all the ways you could hope to be supported when your intention is for expansion. I really appreciate that there is a weekly co-working and coffee session where we get to reset and then work side-by-side for an hour. The community is fire! The souls attracted to this space are kind and encouraging. And it’s a beautiful space where you can feel free to show up as yourself. It feels supportive, loving, and safe - the perfect elements to allow for expansion.
