Replay-What's Your Expansion Statement?
This morning, Jennifer led a session to help you craft your personal Expansion Ritual. After you watch the call, we would love to hear your statement! What are the words and phrases that came to you in the meditation? Share below, even if it's not completed into a perfect statement just yet. (Reminder that they often start with "I am..." but do not have to.) In case you missed the live call, here is the replay! If you would like to just listen to the Higher Self Meditation itself, it is in the Meditations & Breathwork Classroom.

Hi, Everyone!
I'm really excited to be in this community. I feel like it's going to be the perfect support as I move through the next few months. This week in particular I'm growing into a new phase of really owning my public access TV show. It's called Salud SA (San Antonio) and I have been interviewing alternative healing practitioners & teachers in SA for the past 4.5 years. When I first started the show I intended to do it once a month and maintained that schedule pretty well the first year, but then I had my surprise baby, and since I've been doing about 4-5 shows a year. This week is the first time in almost five years that I didn't secure a guest. I almost canceled and then I thought, "This is MY show why don't I just do the show alone?" I could totally and easily tape 2 or 3 shows this Friday doing a recap on the lessons I've learned. I'm currently grouping the guests into the categories of physical, mental and spiritual healing/health and plan to have the producer splice in segments of the original interviews. I'm actually excited, but I'm a little nervous too. Anyway, wish me luck this week! After that I'm working on my podcast launch that is coming up on 4/4 if all goes well! In my spare time I chase my thee year old and my favorite ritual is taking a nightly salt bath. I'm enjoying reading all the cool posts in here! super inspiring! Below is a pic from a recent show where I interviewed an indigenous flute player who did an ancestral sound healing journey for the community in late October. I'm the one of the far left. :)

Anyone else have this problem?
I asked for a karaoke machine for christmas this year and santa came through. lol I've been rediscovering what brings me joy and singing is one of them! Its so funny, after i drops my kids off to school i come home and have a full blown concert 🤣 before i know it an hour has passed but that's what happens when you are having fun right?! Sometimes i get too carried away that it takes away from my time the focus that i want to bring to my work. 🫠

That is awesome! Seems like a good problem to be having. Hopefully after you sing those songs, perfectly by the way, you're able to carry that fun into work 🎤😄

I'm glad to hear that is your intention, it took me a long time to not feel guilty about having fun while supposed to be doing work. Then I realized how much better and quicker the work is getting done when I'm having fun with it!
Hello everyone! Happy to be in this room
Like so many of us, I have had an expansive couple of months. Unfortunately my family suffered a loss when my father in law passed away in November. Leading up to that, I was in a program learning how to niche down and scale an online business on social media and I was uncomfortable AF. I learned a lot about what I want and what I don’t want. The passing of my FIL signaled for me to slow down and be present with my family. I went quiet on my socials for awhile but then I missed connecting and sharing my light. I came back about a month ago with a call to help women move from self abandoned to self leadership. And then I went a bit deeper to narrow it down to fresh women entrepreneurs who abandon themselves within their business. I look at my story and how far I’ve come.. an esthetician working in a waxing chain over worked and under paid. I always knew I was meant for more deep down inside and every time I pushed my dreams aside, I abandoned myself by staying in that job for “stability” . One day i decided to bet on myself and made plans to leave and be my own boss. I was successful at that. Built a business with loyal clients I love while creating a schedule that works around my family’s needs. However, I noticed a pattern that followed me there too. “Not enough” , saying yes and over extending myself. Burning out and not pricing my worth. Self abandonment followed me there too because it was familiar. Untill I began to break that cycle. I come from a lineage of women who never gave themselves the opportunity to believe in themselves. They stayed small out of fear, shame and lack. But I’m here to break that cycle and help others do the same. What I’m currently struggling with is my focus and structure. I am overwhelmed in my thoughts and I feel like I’m rushing all the time to put content out there. I’m working on my flow with words. I use to freeze in front of the camera and always relied on captions but i stopped using them to force my organic words and personality to come through. I’m working on my certainty.

Thank you Amanda for being open and saying what the past few months have been for you. I’m glad you’re getting to break the cycle and help others at the same time. What you wrote is very inspiring to read and I’m happy you’re here!
