These are all really great sleep tips! My biggest obstacle is my old dog who goes out at 3am everyday. Breaks up my 7-8hrs.

@Angela Arthur most days yes. Sometimes I wake up thinking I'm rested so start my day. Regret that by dinnertime 🫣
