I built my own multi-lingual Agentic AI Platform that connects to n8n
I recently watched a great video from @Nate Herk on how he used VAPI to connect to n8n and build an AI receptionist. Inspired by his work, I used his n8n template as a starting point and integrated it with my own agentic AI platform, VIAANA AI. The platform currently supports OpenAI Realtime for voice, with turn detection, web search, and RAG for grounded policy responses, so agents can answer accurately using trusted knowledge instead of hallucinating. I don’t plan to commercialize this platform. My goal is to eventually make it available to students, hackathon teams, and novice builders who want a hands-on way to experiment with agentic AI, build workflows, and see what’s possible in real-world applications. All they’ll need is their own OpenAI key to get started. It’s still a work in progress, and this is my first time building something at this scale—so I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback from the community.
🚀New Video: Claude Code is Better at n8n than I am (Beginner's Guide)
2 videos in one day?! I just couldn't wait on this one. Been having so much fun building with Claude Code lately. More content coming soon. In this video, I’ll walk complete beginners through setting up Claude Code so it can actually build n8n workflows and agents for you. You’ll see how to use Claude Code inside Visual Studio Code, connect it to the n8n MCP server so it can search nodes, configurations, and existing workflow templates, and give it the ability to create, edit, and manage workflows directly in your n8n instance. We also connect n8n skills so Claude understands how nodes work together and how to use the MCP server properly. The result is a supercharged Claude setup that’s loaded with n8n knowledge, so even if Claude Code feels intimidating, this tutorial gets you fully set up and ready to start building workflows much faster.

Fantastic Video. I use codex and I see this can be done with Codex too!
🚀New Video: I Built an AI Voice Receptionist with Vapi and n8n MCP (free template)
I built a full AI voice receptionist using VAPI on the front-end and n8n on the back-end, powered by an n8n MCP server that connects to seven n8n workflows. In this video, I walk through the entire system from scratch and show how the agent gathers info, manages the CRM, books and updates appointments, transfers calls, answers questions, logs every call, and keeps an appointment history. Everything is built with no code and designed to be easy to customize for your own use case. By the end, you’ll understand the full setup and have everything you need to launch your own AI receptionist. GOOGLE SHEET TEMPLATE

Thanks @Nate Herk . I tried this template. Just one quick suggestion in the documentation for some reason n8n seems to default to Europe/Berlin timezone. I had to explicitly send time in this format to account for CST YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS-06:00 (CST — Standard Time) YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS-05:00 (CDT — Daylight Time)

@Jaydeep Patwardhan LLMs use trained data for date and time. So they dont understand today and tomorrow. The correct way to solve this with agentic systems is to use Date/time mcp server which provides it as a tool. I hosted an mcp server, connected it my system via mcp and instructed my agent as follows "If a response depends on current date or time, call get_current_time first and base the answer on its returned values. Never infer time." Now my agent always sets the correct time.
🚀New Video: I Built a Voice Agent That Calls Every New Lead (n8n + Vapi)
In this video, I walk you through how I built an outbound voice AI agent that instantly calls new leads after they submit a form, qualifies them, and collects key information before you ever reach out. I break down the full system using n8n for the automation and VAPI for the voice agent, so you can see exactly how the workflow is structured and how the agent actually works. The goal is to help you save time, get better lead context, and increase your conversion rates by showing up to every conversation already informed. If you’re interested in building real AI automations and voice agents that can be used in a business, this is a full step by step breakdown. VAPI SYSTEM PROMPT GOOGLE SHEET TEMPLATE

@Hicham Char I believe connecting to n8n using mcp has been the real game changer.
Just crossed 100 subscribers on my first fully automated YouTube channel!!!
I know I’ve mostly been a lurker here… reading posts, saving ideas, and getting inspired by everyone sharing what they’re building. I don’t comment often because I’m usually deep in build mode, but I genuinely appreciate the wins and lessons people post. It helps more than you probably realize. I use your wins as fuel for my motivational bonfire. That’s why I wanted to make this post and share one of my first big milestones. My channel is an instrumental music project (80s inspired Synthwave) I built using n8n and automation. I know 100 subscribers isn’t massive, but it’s proof to ME that what I’m building actually works and can solve real-world problems around consistency, scale, and time. My plan is to use this automated system to help content creators increase their reach and growth without burning themselves out. I’m still finalizing it for client use, but it already saves me hundreds of hours personally when creating YouTube content. It’s been a long and wild ride learning n8n and automation, but six months in, and I’m almost ready to start selling my first product using n8n, I’m SUPER excited!! I truly hope this helps inspire some of you. Don’t stop. Keep pushing, learning, and building! Massive THANK YOU to this community for the motivation and to Nate for all the amazing content. I swear I watched every one of your videos when I started digging into n8n back in June. Here's to 2026! Keep on keepin on~

@Daniel Craemer this is cool. I have my own Youtube tech channel and its been an uphill task to grow the channel. For you to do it organically on an automated channel is quite an accomplishment.
