This is first such request I received in Xing platform. Day started with positivity! 😃

I have been looking up for a technical help with my XRF tester for about 5 months. All efforts went south. I was actively connecting with the EQ manufacturer from Deutschland by commenting on their posts, on their achievements, on their b'days. Still I'm missing out something. Then I started commenting on posts made from their official LinkedIn pages. The metrics are remarkable to me! My impressions, profile visits, connection requests, reactions have been gradually increasing. It is indeed a very powerful tool to grow professionally!

Today I got 2 messages from 2 HRs on Linkedin. one for Germany and another for Netherlands. But German HR is very strict with Very Good German skill. It seems German speaking is not an option. It's mandatory. Anyhow my profile is being visible among German HRs and other countries too. Be active in Linkedin Update : Received 3 messages, so updating later on here.

Continuation of my yesterday's post... I replied the HR that I don't have experience in .Net. but I have java, spring framework. and I got a reply from HR and he asked me to share the resume for review. will post if any other news. Thanks,
