I wish I had understood this 15 years ago. I'm working on an ecorestoration project which mostly entails removing invasive species. This makes room for the natives to bounce back, and the whole ecosystem gets better. The other day it got me thinking. Maybe if you get rid of the "invasive" things in your daily life, like the bad habits, the toxic people, the worst distractions, then maybe your health, wealth, and relationships will bounce back automatically.
