Best times for calls?
Hey everyone — any tips for choosing the best call times for my group? I picked a time that works for me my team, and my regulars, but a ton of my members said they’d join if the calls were at different times. I don’t want to schedule too many calls either. I've heard a mixture of things: - Survey your group and choose the one that works best for the most people. - Focus on what works best for me, and the true regulars will prioritize it. Don't bend over backwards too much. You just can't please everyone. - Suck it up and add more calls with more times Any pointers or am I thinking too much about this? Thanks

Just an interesting anecdote: After doing a poll a few weeks ago, I had my first call yesterday morning. None of the people who voted for Thursday morning showed up 😆. Maybe everyone’s schedule changed over the missing weeks, but my takeaway: Do what works best for you.

I felt like reflecting on this today.... 💥........ These mind codes can be rewritten FAST — but only once you see them. Most people think they fail because of: – Circumstances – Timing – Strategy – “Not knowing enough yet” But the REAL and much deeper truth? Most people aren’t living their life… They’re running their programming...... on Autopilot..... through endless Repetition.... Predictable patterns..... Unseen.... never questioned..... Operating silently in the background — all the time.... even when we sleep.... These are our Hidden Mind Codes: the unconscious patterns that override what we say we want …and install what we actually get. Let’s expose the big ones. (These are common — the full list is much longer.) 🔮 1. The Impossibility Code The #1 castrator of human potential. The whisper: “It’s not possible.” This code kills futures before they take their first breath. Symptoms: Downsizing goals before you even try Talking yourself out of your own ideas Stopping when something feels “too big” Believing “people like me can’t do that” Consequences: You become a spectator in the life you were meant to build. A fearful observer of your own potential. Possibility isn’t a concept — it’s a neurological setting. It’s also a quantum field of potentiality waiting for activation. Most people have it locked on VERY low. 🥀 2. The Self-Sabotage Code Negative self-talk that doesn’t shout — it programs. Symptoms: Constant inner criticism Feeling “never enough,” even after wins Overthinking simple choices Talking yourself out of action Apologizing for existing Consequences: You become your own enemy — and your nervous system obeys. Energy collapses. Confidence evaporates. Potential suffocates from the inside out. 👁️ 3. The Comparison Code Self-abandonment disguised as motivation. “He’s better.” “She’s better.” This code disconnects you from your actual power. Symptoms: Scrolling that leaves you feeling smaller Believing others “deserve more”

#4 is strangling me, and has been for a long time. I have a few immediate thoughts on where I learned it and what it's trying to protect me from, but I want to dive deeper. Thanks for posting this. It gave me the kick in the butt I needed.
