They require me to be real with myself, full accountability for my mistakes, my shortcomings, and my position at large. Don't fall into the trap of believing anything external will bring you where you want to be mentally

Starting is the process of putting your feet on the pavement and taking steps towards a goal. That goal doesn't have to be completely right, and most times it'll be way off but the important part is that it gets you moving. Mine started bc of my desire to lay at home with my woman and not work on somebody else's clock. But sticking on the path has taught me more about myself and life than anything else I could ever imagine or ask for. That initial goal has been achieved several times now, but my motivation and inspiration runs much deeper. My roots of commitment have been that of a Chinese bamboo tree @Arthur Brooks and I wouldn't change a part of it for the world. There's one thing I've learned more than anything else... .. You gotta get and stay HEARTLED

This question tells a lot about where you're at mentally and I personally love the insights it brings me after reflection. Reflecting on the question for me right now brings out the following: in a years time, We Are HeartLed will have been built to somewhere between 500 - 1000 members. We will have established an incredibly predictable process for both attracting the right members and delivering the best results to those who call themselves HeartLed. The HeartLed team will have expanded greatly - bringing many more opportunities to students of all ages Personally, my family and I will be in an even better place together - Traveling and experiencing all that we've desired for so long. and much more that gets me too excited to type, haha. Excited to see what you guys share!

Being HeadtLed means being a leader but it doesn't mean you are perfect. If you knew my story would know why I’m saying this.. I’m the hero to my own story .. because I fought back against all of attacks on my future.
