@Camille Monroe Thank You! Yes, the struggle is real. I believe yoga and my sauna blanket make a big difference in the pain as well. I drink a plant based shake and take tinctures that help. However, I am an emotional eater so there's that. Lol Now though I believe I fluctuate from not eating enough then starving, eating a bit too much or never satisfied since working out. The story of my life!🤣
