I just had a guest that didn't read our listing description and clearly didn't read our in depth guidebook on parking. We clearly say in our listing that we have street parking that is first come first serve. (Seattle's parking sucks). Then I get a message from the guest asking me where to park, so I respond that it's street parking only. That's the only interaction I had with that guest during his stay. He leaves me a 2 star review saying "bad parking". Nothing to do with his actual stay at the unit. Airbnb says they can't remove the review because it doesn't violate their policy. I don't think its fair considering the guest never read the listing and I cant control his parking situation that we clearly stated. Any thoughts on this? Do you think I should still push to get it removed?
