“Approved” but..
Received the call last week that my company was approved for 7 units at once in an A Class building. Although he initially set a date for this week (24th), the leasing guy informed me that he's awaiting the owner to send over the signed paperwork and then must await the screening process. Began ordering items prematurely, which was a not so wise move on my end, but I got hype when I found that I was approved. What factors could potentially impede the deal? Is an “approval” definitive? TIA
STR regulations - Building requirements
Hello everyone! I am currently doing my cold outreach in a market that STR permits are required. In this particular market, the building owner/management team are the ones required to apply for the permits. Has anyone dealt with this? This is an additional step required for the building and I feel like you need to really sell them on the idea in order for them to be motivated and go through the application process. Any tips on things that you have done to get them onboard?
