How I Got Today’s Client: Honestly, today felt like pure luck, in a good way. I reached out to only one person, and he immediately added me on Discord. We talked for a bit, introduced ourselves, and then he explained that he needed a simple text-style logo. Pricing Conversation: His budget was $50 because he was saving for Christmas. I tried to push for $150, but the maximum he could afford was $80. Since: The work was simple. it could turn into a long-term client. And I want to keep momentum in this challenge. …I agreed to do it for $80. Payment Details: He paid $38 upfront. The remaining $42 will be paid after the logo is completed. How I Got the Client: Today I focused on Instagram cold outreach.I searched these hashtags: #twitchstreamer #twitchlive #commission I reached out to 100+ people, and finally one client replied. We introduced ourselves, had a short conversation, and he told me he needed a gaming banner for his profiles. How I Closed the Deal: The great part was, he was already looking for a digital artist, So the timing was perfect. I simply shared: My portfolio Client reviews/testimonials After seeing my work and feedback, he trusted my skills immediately. Closing the Deal: His budget was $100, and since it was already 7:00 AM and I was extremely sleepy 😅, I didn’t negotiate higher, I just closed the deal. He was such an amazing client that he paid the full $100 upfront without hesitation. To appreciate his trust, I offered him: “I’ll give you two free emotes as a bonus for trusting me.” Building long-term relationships always pays off. Payment Details: - $200 upfront received today - $100 remaining (client will pay after payday) - Since my PayPal is registered in the UK, I received £144, which equals $200 As promised, I’ll also post the screenshot of the payment. How I Got This Client: Today, I used Twitch for client hunting. Here’s exactly what I did: 1. Went to the Games section and selected Fortnite 2. Found streamers currently live 3. Cold DMed 17 people with a short, clear pitch 4. Closed 1 client from these cold messages My Pitch: Here’s the message I used (and you can use it too): “Hey! I’m a digital artist who creates custom mascots, logos, overlays, and branding specifically for gamers and streamers. I checked your channel and I think I can create something clean and professional that fits your style. If you’re looking to upgrade your branding, I’d love to help.” She replied, showed interest, and I added her on Discord to understand her requirements in detail. How I Closed $300 Instead of $200: Her budget was $200, but I was confident in my work and experience. I told her directly: “I don’t work below $300 for mascot logos, because the quality, detail, and time I put into each design is much higher than standard.” The confidence worked. She immediately felt I was a legit artist who knows his value and she paid the $200 upfront without hesitation. This is why confidence + clarity + niche experience = higher income. The purpose of this challenge is to push myself, stay consistent, and apply everything I’m learning from this community. Here’s how I’ll do it: I will share daily updates on my progress, what I worked on, what I learned, and what results I achieved. I just wanted to say that this community has been incredibly helpful, may Allah reward you all for the value you share here. ❤️ I’m currently selling my digital art on Discord and Twitch to gamers and streamers, and Alhamdulillah it’s going well. I even have an office now with a team of 5 people who handle sales for me. My next goal is to take this from around $2,500/month to $10,000/month, InshaAllah. And for that, I want to start getting consistent clients from platforms like Upwork in the same niche. But to be honest, I’m still confused about the right steps to scale properly, how to structure everything, how to build a long-term system, and how to grow this into a stable business. Haroon Bhai, I would really love to learn from you directly. Whether as a student or even as a partner, I’m ready to work hard and follow the right direction. I just need proper guidance from someone who’s legit and experienced like you. If there are any live sessions available, especially if there’s a free one I’d really appreciate joining.
