Been inspired by many members of this group to take dieting and exercising more seriously. Happy to share that I am back to an L from XL for the first time since middle/high school! Pro: feeling lighter, more energized, and happy. Con: none of my old clothes fit anymore so time to update the wardrobe (can be a pro as well, ignoring the expenses).
