It has become increasingly restrictive, often providing vague responses and declining to fulfill specific requests such as offering legal opinions on particular issues or creating a customer support avatar designed to encourage sales. It seems as though OpenAI has intentionally limited Chat GPT's capabilities, rendering it less useful and efficient.
