What does your posture reflect about your current state?

I find paying attention to the physical reactions caused by trauma loops allow me to catch them and recenter. Sturnam pressure, eye pressure, even tingling in the prefrontal cortex gives signs that your memories can be controlled if you catch the loops.
Lost in the Loop
When your memories flood in and have you questioning “what if”, causing you to then question everything else in life. What do you do to reset your mind? I find the box breathing method works wonders. Tell me what works for you.

@Einstein P I do 4 second in, hold for 4 seconds, release for 4 seconds, and hold for 4 seconds. It centers me and stops the memory loops. A great book is Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahnemen. Changed my life.
