#300 on discovery for money!
Celebrating this win today! I'm at #300 in the money category, a very disputed one! And it took me only 3 weeks!

I'm very curious on how you find out where you rank in the discovery category? Can anyone share insight on that.

Welcome and what a journey. I have a few friends who are battling the same thing. The fact you can persevere, especially with managing pain and other factors, while wanting to uplift others is legendary! ๐Ÿซกโค๏ธ๐Ÿซก
๐ŸŽฎ Age-Leveling Theory
๐ŸŽฎ What Is the Age-Leveling Theory? Most people view age through pressure: โ€œBy this age, I should have moreโ€ฆ be furtherโ€ฆ be better.โ€ That mindset creates comparison, frustration, and burnout. The Age-Leveling Theory flips that. Instead of measuring your life against a timeline, you measure it by growth. Every year = a level gained. Not just time passing, but skills developed, lessons learned, and resilience built. Just like in a game, higher levels donโ€™t mean life gets easier; they mean youโ€™re better equipped to handle what comes next. ๐Ÿ’ก Key shift: Stop asking, โ€œAm I where I should be?โ€Start asking, โ€œHow have I grown this year?โ€ Reflection:๐Ÿ‘‰ What skill, mindset, or lesson have you leveled up in recently? Drop it below. Letโ€™s learn from each other. ๐Ÿ”ฅ https://youtube.com/shorts/ChdSlhFIHto?si=zO8vXQEntWAPVncY

One way I leveled up from last year was I decided to overcome my fear of writing a book. I upgraded my written communication and learned how to not write how I talk ๐Ÿ˜‚. I second guessed my decision every day for at least the first 3 months and now itโ€™s one of the best decisions Iโ€™ve made.

Sounds too simple, right? But after organizing over 500 events in San Francisco, I can tell you MOST people don't do it. They talk about throwing parties. They plan. They dream. They make excuses. But they don't SHOW UP consistentlyโ€ฆ. Showing up means going to that networking event even when you're tired. Following up with that venue owner even when they haven't responded. Throwing that next party even when the last one was rough. In nightlife and in business, CONSISTENCY beats talent every time. The people who last aren't the most skilled. They're the ones who KEEP SHOWING UP when everyone else quits. One of my early mentors told me: "Half the battle is just being there." He was right. โ€ฆ.๐ฌ๐จ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ฉโ€ฆ. This is well said and showing up consistently requires discipline, so you hit this right on the money.
Can members download your videos with chrome extensions?
I am seeing ads and posts for browser extensions that allow downloading of Skool videos. Do they work and if they do is Skool doing something about it?

@Kurt Howland I think your concerns are valid. One key question for you is which type of risk vs reward do you want to take? You have many options but here are two: 1. What You Know: Continue what you're doing selling through Amazon or eBay (The option you know, which you know what that Return of Investment/ROI is). 2. Alternate Options (Roku, Skool, etc.):Every option has pros and cons but one big con you mentioned was bootleggers. Whatโ€™s your pro(s)? If your pro is making more revenue, would a small % of your revenue outweigh that pro? That's your key question you must understand. I'm an Author and I follow numerous Authors but one in particular said something profound. They said something to the effect of, โ€œI donโ€™t worry about piracy because most exposure is good exposure. Sooโ€ฆas long as the piracyis minor, someone is getting to read my story whichgains me a Customer in the future.โ€ That statement still rents time in mymind today. I'd love to know your thoughts on thisโ€ฆโ€ฆ

@Kurt Howland I think that's a good strategy. It's much easier to add to a process than to transform the process completely. I wish you luck on Skool ๐Ÿ˜

Most leaders donโ€™t lack confidence, they lack clarity. I help them fix both and lead out loud. Built from real-world leadership, not theory.
