@Erik Williams I think a bit more knowledge/practice of python would have been helpful. Specially related to data types and manipulating them. So probably doing pandas course before this one might be more helpful.
Machine learning course from Andrew Ng
Hey all, has anyone done machine learning course from Andre Ng? There are free lectures available on youtube and also he has a course on coursera. I am debating which one should I attend. Any experienced people out there?

@Aaron Petrek thank you. That sounds interesting. I do want to understand the math behind it.
Book: The courage to be disliked
https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Ichiro-Kishimi/dp/1760630721 The Courage to be Disliked presents a transformative philosophy based on Alfred Adler's psychological theories, teaching us that true happiness comes from liberating ourselves from past experiences and others' expectations. Through accessible wisdom that has already touched millions of lives, this groundbreaking work demonstrates how developing the courage to be disliked can unlock our authentic selves and create lasting positive change.

There is another book 'Daring Greatly' by Brene Brown .. also focused on how to be more authentic. I really got a lot out of that.
What are you learning right now? Let me know!
Hey everyone! As we’re heading towards the final month of 2024, I’ve been reflecting on what a whirlwind the past few months have been. Q3 and Q4 have been incredibly busy — between running Datalumina, managing client projects, seeing amazing growth in Data Freelancer, shipping the GenAI launchpad, moving into a new office, and onboarding the first customers for our new SaaS product, it’s been a ride. 🚀 On top of that, keeping up with the YouTube channel has been both a challenge and a joy. Honestly, it’s one of my favorite parts of what I do — helping you all learn, grow, and tackle data challenges with confidence. Seeing your feedback and progress keeps me motivated to keep creating. Now, I’m starting to map out my content plans for 2025, and I’d love to hear from YOU. What are you currently learning? What topics would you like me to cover next year? 🎥 Would you like to see more LLM-based tutorials? Deeper dives into machine learning workflows? Maybe even some freelancing tips for data professionals? Or something else entirely? Let me know in the comments — what are you most excited to learn in 2025? This is your chance to shape the direction of the content we create together. Thanks for being part of this community! 🙏🏻 — Dave

I am currently working on understanding machine learning, both from user perspective as well as mathematics.
Where to add JSON settings for Autoformatter for python
Hi all, I am new to VS Code. As part of instructions, I need to add the following code for Ruff formatter. It was not clear from video where to add this JSON code. Where do I add this code? "[python]": { "editor.formatOnType": true, "editor.defaultFormatter": "charliermarsh.ruff" }, Thanks
