What Is Important to You?
If you were going to invite a speaker to your raw event, realizing that you could easily choose from hundreds of people world wide, what criteria would you consider before tending the invite? In other words, what qualities do you look for, and what concerns might you consider before deciding to put someone on your stage?

@Doug Graham of course. I think you might not have seen my elaboration so Ill post it here again to make sure: 'December 25 @Doug Graham sorry my first answer wasn't very good since you wanted to know what I hoped for in the speaker. I would love the speaker to elaborate on the benefits he or she got from living the raw vegan 80 10 10 approach without criticising the people who are still doubtful or experimenting as to how thrir body reacts to different types of esting. I like Dr Rick and Dr Karen Dina's way of educating while also allowing people to experiment eith steamed veggies. They compare nutrients and share their personal experiences without judging. Was this helpful at all?sorry if you already saw this. Don't know how else to explain it

@Doug Graham please excuse my late reply,I haven't been online very regularly. I cannot give you examples of live speakers since I only read books and listen to podcasts and haven't ever been to a live event, but when I read for instance "fit for life" or even your "The 80-10-10-diet" it seemed to me, as if raw vegan was the only acceptable way to eat and live and if any other aporoaches were out of bounds. In comparison when listening to the Plantstrong Podcast hosted by Rip Esselatyn (where I first hesrd about your way of life btw in your interviewon his show😊), or the NHA Today Podcast hosted by the National Health Association, I experience them as less rigid or judgemental of other ways of eating (Please dont take this personal, this is of course only my subjective impression and not meant as criticism)They all promote whole food plant based s.o.s -free (free of added salt sugar and oils) diets. .I hope this made my take a little clearer to you.

Tips against bloating
Hello my dears. I've been following the 80 10 10 diet for over 3 years and love it. I have a redundant collon that is a lot longer than average,as my doctor told me, and have always had a problem with being bloated most of the time. Even with the raw vegan s.o.s.free diet I still am bloated almost all through the night and sometimes even in the morning. Of course I eat large volumes of fruits and vegetables but I wonder of being do bloated is something you experienceas well.I even let my digestion rest for 12 to sometimes 20 hours with intermittent fasting.I am naturally active during the day wsĂśkung the fogs and being an actress. I also only drink water and lukewarm tea and avoid juicing or blending in order to masticate and really treat my body to a natural.digestive process.. Any thoughts?

Which fruits do you enjoy in the autumn time?
