Signed my first Carrier!
I got my first carrier! He found me on Instagram and we had the sales call today, he signed the contract and sent it back after the call. Our onboarding call is Wednesday and he has a 40ft Hotshot. I'm super excited that this is all coming together. Now I don't feel like I'm 'starting a business' like the business is up and running really quick and im just here for the ride lol. I've only been in the paid course for a month so I know I have a lot to learn. If anyone has any experience with Hotshots, or hotshots in the Texas area, I'd love to pick your brain :)

@Ashley Freytes hi! Thank you so much. My carrier has his MC and he hauls in and out of state. Depending on the GVWR they’ll need a CDL . My instagram is @annasdispatch Let me know what your account is so I can follow you back :)

@Eletise Niumata hi! thank you so much. I've been trying to be consistent with posting to build my account before i start running paid ads too. The onboarding call went well, theres a lot to cover and i still went back and asked more questions i forgot to ask after. I was able to get one hotshot load so far but its been hard with my carriers schedule
Free trial contract
Hey everyone! When you were running the 14-day offer for carriers, did you have the carriers sign a contract for you to be their dispatcher for the two weeks? I didn’t want to ask them to fill out more paperwork if it’s just a trial but I feel like it’s good to have the contract anyways. Thoughts?

**BIG WIN!**
I had a carrier that I signed on for a Hot Shot that is still with me. His MC Holder at that time was all over the place. The contract is already signed months ago for 10%. When I worked with him he was all scattered. He called me and said I cant do it like this anymore. He has 4 Trucks. I said I will work with you and handle everything so you just drive. He has a bunch of loads that don't factor because he never ran them and checked if they do factor. He is currently using RTS. Anyway I am setting him up at Loves. I already use their system and they are good. I get paid on all loads that I dispatch for. I find out before booking if the broker will factor. If they don't I pass on the load. IF they just don't show with a good score I can get them spot approved right online fast. Also he lost his direct shipper contract because of ELD Compliance. No warning Fired. So I set him up with HOS 24/7 for all ELD's. Loves Factoring in the works. Google Delegated Emails. Highway set up and Log rock for instant COI's. I will have access to it all and I mean, it all so he can be successful. I tried to sell him on my services before but he balked on the whole thing and has lost all kinds of $. Well I am here to get him straight and back in the Black. This account is 4 Dry Vans. This account is worth 40k per truck per month easily. 40K x 4.3= $172, 000.00 of loads x 10%= $17200.00 or more per month. I would say that is a BIG WIN.

Congratulations! What do you mean when you say you set him up at Loves? Is Loves also a factoring company for truckers?

@Louis Cruz do the carriers usually already have that set up on their own or do you just reach out to Loves to tell them you have a carrier that wants to use them for factoring for their future loads?
Paid course
Hey everyone! For the people in the paid course or if you were in the paid course and weren’t anymore, how long did it take for you to get all of the information you need? Like could you get all of the classes done in a few months or is there always new lessons being added?

Progress Update: I Got My First Carrier Onboarding Call Scheduled!
This wasn't planned at all, but I got my first carrier from creating content on Instagram and Facebook without spending a single penny on ads. I was planning to run paid ads, but I was just practicing creating content on social media, testing things, and this just happened. I had my website link on my social media, and they just clicked, filled out the form on my website, and scheduled an appointment. Wish me luck guys 🤞
