I have been looking up for a technical help with my XRF tester for about 5 months. All efforts went south. I was actively connecting with the EQ manufacturer from Deutschland by commenting on their posts, on their achievements, on their b'days. Still I'm missing out something. Then I started commenting on posts made from their official LinkedIn pages. The metrics are remarkable to me! My impressions, profile visits, connection requests, reactions have been gradually increasing. It is indeed a very powerful tool to grow professionally!

I am sharing my recent interview experience with Aleph Alpha for the Senior AI Engineer role. The process started with a screening round, where the discussion was mostly around my past experience, visa-related questions, and overall fit for the role. They also mentioned that if I was the right fit, they would support me with the visa process. The next step was an online test, which included questions on AI concepts and two Python coding problems. After that, I had the technical round. In this round, they asked questions based on my previous experience and also focused on a specific framework that is still quite new in the market. During the interview, I chose to be honest. Instead of trying to act like I knew everything, I showed interest in the framework and explained that I had explored it through some side projects. The reason for the rejection was mainly that they were looking for someone with stronger hands-on experience in that particular framework. Even though I was rejected, the overall experience was really positive. The process was smooth, professional, and a valuable learning experience for me. I would also like to sincerely thank @Ameenur Rahaman Servarr Basha for helping me throughout the process. One key takeaway from this experience is that sometimes being a strong overall fit is not enough if the role requires deep expertise in one specific framework.

Hello friends, Today I got a call from HR and we had a general discussion and asked me to submit an online assessment for the position I applied. And the assessment link was sent post discussion with HR, and even she said the assessment will be of something similar to the job role. I followed the same steps here @Ameenur Rahaman Servarr Basha by prioritizing my skill set before applying. I have sent a thank you note post our discussion as well. Thanks for the guidance.

In the recent times I am not able to access the stepstones site, is it blocked in India or not accessible outside europe? anyone facing the same issue?

I would like to view some of the selected resumes and the corresponding JD against which an application is made. Want to understand how ATS and human pick a resume and move it to next stage! Also how well a resume is prepared against the JD. It would be of great help if you share your ATS and HR cleared resume from any professional background.
