I trained today 15 minutes state meditation, 2 times siu nim tao whole form, 5 minutes slow chain punching and 5 minutes intention training I completed my challenge, I felt peace.
1. What I Trained Today.... State Vortex meditation followed by SNT, chain punches, kicks and pivoting 2. 🧠 What I Learned or Realized....Just because it's day 75, doesn't mean this stops. I intend to move further with my journey when I'm able. 3. 💬 How I Felt... Accomplished.
