Day 61 ✅ I’m continuing with morning journaling, picking out my DAC’s for the day. I will move my evening reflection into my planner. Do I keep coming here posting check marks? Who knows…..do we need an accountability thread? Is that why I hate to see this be over? I’ve enjoyed checking in and seeing everybody else’s check ins.
@Patti Mroczek I bought a book titled How To Meet Yourself by Dr Nicole Lepera to fill my gap. It may be repetitive with some of the work we’ve already done. We’ll see.
Day 23 ✅ today I caught my invisible loop of using rest/chilling on the couch to stay safe. No fear of judgement if you don’t do anything to be judged for.
Day 24 ✅ my health characters name is Angie 2.0. She behaves a lot like Amy. I have an endless supply of how she handles things. She is strong, confident and looks great in her workout gear. I had originally said her name was Amy. But if I’m pulling this from within, that can’t be her.
Day 61 ✅ moving forward I’ll be recording my DAC’s in my planner. I use it daily for gratitude already. I’ll set an alarm as a reminder to do my weekly reflections on Sundays.
