This lesson "IMPLEMENTING THE MEAL CARD SYSTEM" would be what you want to watch - https://www.skool.com/team-ledin-5368/classroom/db43dda2?md=5787e80c76c346dc9167b3df4c6f77f7 But we don't add any complex recipes in those first 14 days. But the lesson helps explain that more.
Is this where I would/should write questions for the weekly calls?? I will be on the call but wanted to post my question in case something derails my plans--like my teenagers. Question: I started in the June 28 day-huge success with weight loss-12-13lbs that first month. I have been stuck at 160 since end of June. Not typically a dieter/under eater--more a binge snacker who stress eats (daily if we are honest). The meal plan is great for me-whole family is on board and supportive. I am a teacher so headed back to work soon and more routine for scheduled meal times--summer I find that I am missing a meal here and there due to slow mornings. Should I be trying 160x11 or 160 x10 to continue to move scale and inches? I would say that my ideal-in terms of health and vitality-would be to operate at or under 150lbs. Workouts are great. I was a fitness instructor and athlete until covid got in the way and this is my first "get you S^&% together already" move since then.
