I can’t find a proper media buying course they are all outdated.😡

Hey guys so recently I was about to begin running ads for my agency and after I set up the campaign and everything I was about to deposit the ad spend for it to begin spending but I was told to verify my card or payment method which I did but my Ad account got disabled and I reached out to Meta support and they said that It was because the location I'm in (Nigeria) is different from the location of the card (United Sates) and that it's based on suspicious activities. I reached out to them and explained that the card was in my name and that I have a business aswell providing documents to prove it also but they didn't do anything. Can someone who has had their account disabled tell me what to do or is there a way for me to get a new ad account to get back my current one. Any response would help a lot as I really don't know what to do. Thanks guys 💪, hope to hear form you.
