Pace of the Daily Breathwork Practice
I just completed the Daily Breathwork Practice for the first time! To start, I found it quite fast-paced, but it was energizing and aligned with the intent for activation. I was surprised that the next phase was also a faster pace, when I expected it to be more calming. It was an effective exercise, but I'd like to experiment with a slower pace in the second phase. I realized you can slow down the rate of the video play ... so I will do that next time, for phase 2. May that is a helpful tip if others feel the same. π¬οΈπ
