I probably will not train much this week. My neck is really bothering me. I just bought an online membership to foundation training and will be making this my #1 focus. I might even limit my rolling to only flow rolling for a few months and really give my body an opportunity to adjust to proper alignment. Thanks for the advice Professor @James Driskill 🙏
