I know that few or none of you want to watch a 14-minute amateur video, but in case anyone does, here is the project I've been working on since this class began. It has lots of flaws. ElevenLabs and other text-to-voice apps refuse to make realistic children's voices, so my child's voice is weird. Faces are not consistent, for a frustrating reason: OpenArt generally does an excellent job of consistent characters, and then Dzine lip sync trashes it (and other things!). Lip sync changed my main character's face many times. In one case, Dzine lip sync put a sports insignia on clothes worn by a character. WHY??? But overall I'm pretty happy with this. Some of the scene changes are too abrupt, and some of the dialog is over the top. Still, not too bad for my first large AI video project.

I would like to work thru my animations using After Effects as my editor. So, I testing to see how quickly this would render with drop shadows and blur effects added.

This was a real challenge to do it.It was all easy, until I not faced the dwarfs. I think 2 days I played to avoid the protection of Seedance. Hard work :-) Offer a like on Youtube if you like the result :-)

Hello 2D animators✨️, I am working on this new video for the song "baby shark". The song is in arabic and the goal is to teach toddlers arabic with songs. All images and videos are created with Google Flow. First, I generate images. Once I like them, then I generate animation. For this video, the background is animated and fixed. All characters animations are created with a green screen. I then integrate the characters on top of the background. This gives me for now some consistency and control. I just came across this Bob Doyle video on YouTube about WaveSpeedAI, a free desktop app which seems to have access to any model you want. No subscriptions - you just pay for what you use, via API usage. It also includes a lot of very useful free to use tools: video and image enhancers, background remover, audio and image converters etc. It looks like a good alternative to ComfyUI.
