Dinner time !
You might remember the little clip I filmed with my grandkids and shared back in early December. I said Iโ€™d try turning it into a cartoonโ€ฆ and I finally did. Here it is!

[NEW TUTORIAL] Complete AI Animation in ONE Place (No Editing Software)
Hey there, You know how creating an animated short usually means juggling 3-4 different tools โ€” a script doc, an animation app, a video editor, and hours of stitching everything together? What if you could skip all of that? I just dropped a new video where I go from a story idea to a fully finished animated short in minutes using ONE platform called Pai by Utopai Studios. No Premiere. No CapCut. No timeline editing at all. Now if you are like me, then you can take the finished animated sequence and edit it more to polish it as I show in the video tutorial today. Here's what blew me away: โœ… You write your script right inside the tool โœ… It generates characters you can actually approve and adjust โœ… You get full keyframe control, so it's not just "AI slop" โœ… You can export to 4K if you want to fine-tune in your own editor Whether you're just starting out or you've been animating for years, this changes the game for how fast you can go from concept to finished piece. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Watch the full walkthrough here I show you the entire workflow step by step so you can follow along and try it yourself. ๐Ÿ”— Try Utopai here

Iโ€™m on the waiting listโ€”fingers crossed! The moment I get access, Iโ€™ll take it for a spin and see what it can really do. Promise to share the results (unless it totally crashes my computer). ๐Ÿ˜„
WOW! AI Sakuga Animation is here! WOHOOO!!!!
Ok - I am sooooo excited. Just saw the new update on Vidu Q3 Available on Galaxy! So if you use Galaxy, you can now do Sakuga This is the prompt I used: "Epic explosive sword fight, intense camera moves, explosive moves, anime, sakuga style, intense." If you use Galaxy, try using my image, or the one by @Rina Waithera , or one of your own, and go to: 1. AI Video Generator 2. Select Image to Video 3. Click on the model, and search for "Vidu", and select Vidu Q3 4. Use a prompt that asks for intense sakuga style animation This is the prompt I used: "Epic explosive sword fight, intense camera moves, explosive moves, anime, sakuga style, intense." NOTE: It is relatively "expensive", it costs around 1.28M Credits for 8 sec in Galaxy ($1.28 USD) And directly in Vidu.com it appears to be a tiny bit cheaper... at $1.13 USD for 8 sec animation.

Credits against Galaxy ai Chat
I didn't realize that I spend credits to use Galaxy ai Chat. AI Chat 0.33M for 1 month already.

Yeah, AI will drain your wallet faster than you'd think! ๐Ÿ’ธ Whether it's cloud compute, GPU subscriptions, or the latest generative tools โ€” the costs add up real quick. It's almost like the more powerful the tech gets, the more it finds ways to empty your bank account! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Anyone else feel like they're constantly chasing the next upgrade just to stay competitive?
I did a little testing on video models available to me...
There are a lot to choose from but I have been chewing through credits quite quickly on Kling 2.6 and that's a moderately priced one. The wall I have hit with all of those tested so far is that there's no telling the AI that an Ork's tusks are part of the lower jaw and should move in conjuction with it. :D So I may have to admit defeat and drop the tusks. I've also been playing with LTX 2.0, the open source version. It's written to understand cinematography instructions instead of "prompt trickery" so you instruct it as though you were passing on the information to a real camera crew. So the 2nd video is after quite a lot of testing of that, twiddling the knobs and flicking all the switches underneath after reading the documentation... That said, it's done its fair share of dumb things with little more than a seed change. ;)

@Mark Burrows How much have you guys shelled out on equipment that can deal with problems like this?

@Mark Burrows What a beast of a rig โ€” seriously impressive specs, major respect! ๐Ÿ™Œ Mine's just a humble GTX 1650 Ti โ€” a solid GeForce card that honestly punched above its weight when I first picked it up, but yeah... it's starting to show its age in today's rendering pipelines. Time to start saving up for an upgrade! ๐Ÿ˜…
