Which option is best?
Curious what the consensus is. 1. Door knock when you have just listed a property. 2. Door knock after you have sold the property 3. Who cares, just knock. Trying to get an idea of which is the better option and curious why you picked it.
Call reluctance and fear of the door
I ride the wave of making calls and then getting busy managing campaigns and then fall off the calls and it takes me a week to get back to the phones. I have knocked on doors in the past but fear it every time I park in the street that I’ve planed to knock. Any advice on pushing past this?

Find someone who keeps you accountable! Message them when you are reluctant to get out of the car. I find that kick in the ass gets me out there.

Last week, I knocked on a door. They said they might sell “one day.” Fast forward—booked an appraisal, came in over $1.6M. They were shocked (in a good way). This morning, I get this text Something’s brewing. Here’s the kicker: My sign has been out front for 5 weeks. My number’s been staring at them the whole time.They never called. And they probably never would have. You’ve got to make the first move. The sign won’t do it. The internet won’t do it. But a knock will.
