How can a new/beginner agent build a name for themself when starting out and start getting refferals and clients?

Apologies there wasn’t a call this month. I fully planned to run one, but between travelling home for the holidays and getting sick on the way over, I was properly knocked around for about a week. Not ideal but that’s real life sometimes. That said… we’re not slowing down. If anything, we’re loading the slingshot. 2026 is going to be a massive year for this group. More structure. More accountability. More wins shared. More doors knocked. Enjoy the break, reset properly, and come into the new year hungry.We’re coming back strong and I can’t wait to see what everyone does next. What do you do if you know you’ve already knocked on a door you know you have knocked already? How do you change your dialogue around that

What is everyone’s opinion on knocking as early as 9 AM on a weekday? Of course not everyone will be home, but do we think it is too early from an etiquette standpoint? I aim for the afternoon most of the time, but sometimes the day gets away from me.
