Which option is best?
Curious what the consensus is. 1. Door knock when you have just listed a property. 2. Door knock after you have sold the property 3. Who cares, just knock. Trying to get an idea of which is the better option and curious why you picked it.

Hi Andrea, Personally, I find my conversion rate is higher with just sold knocks because you’re bringing fresh, relevant information to the street real data on what homes are selling for. That said, I recommend doing both. Start with the just listed knock to generate early momentum, then follow up with just solds to close the loop. The key is timing. Knock before the “For Sale” sign goes up and before the “Sold” sticker goes on. You want to be the one delivering the news, not repeating gossip once it’s already online. By then, the whole street knows and your engagement rate drops dramatically. Consistency always wins. Good luck!
