I would suffer for days and weeks because I drained the little energy I had inside of me. It was only when I started to face my problems head on and understand why I was relapsing that I realised how powerful of a threat stress is to semen retention. Instead of trying to distract myself with instant pleasure, I now know how to manage it better and semen retention is the long term solution to lowering worry, stress and anxiety. So before you decide to open up that black and orange site again, thinking it will relieve stress, you are only causing more of it after you clean up.
