Tbh it aint that big of a win. But I’ve started doing the strength program. I’m already feeling stronger and much better. Even tho I’ve only been doing it a week. Because I feel much more prepared for trainings and I can feel that I do something now to get better. It’s a lovely feeling🙏🏻💪🏻

I have been getting a ton of questions about supplements lately, so I wanted to see what you guys are. currently taking? What has been working for you and what hasn't?

@Nicolas Dierynck Well tbh no, not other than my daily vitamin and calcium pills. Well I do use electrolytes and vitamin tabs when playing a football match. But only when it’s a match.

Protein matters but it’s not the full picture
Protein gets all the attention. Calories, carbs, and timing often get ignored. Many athletes hit protein goals but still: - Eat too little overall - Fuel poorly around training - Miss recovery windows What do you currently prioritize most in your nutrition: - Protein intake - Total calories - Meal timing - Food quality Which one do you think deserves more attention based on how you’re feeling and performing?

I think food quality deserves much more attention. You need real and good foods to perform good. You need organic and raw foods. You can’t perform at your best while on junk or chemicals.

@Nicolas Dierynck Tbh No.. While I’m in season I try and do my best. And u pretty much live up to this standard. But outside of season I start eating junk and chemicals unfortunately. I gotta work on it I know that. And I gotta be honest. I know it’s bad for me to eat like this. But imma lock in now and be the best version of myself!💪🏻
