Dear community, Is it possible to make good progress on your speed and vertical jump at the same time with specific training 2x per week (30/40min per session)
@Nicolas Dierynck practice with your team occupies all the week and we only have 2 days to perform specific train with specific objectives (speed, strength, vertical).
@Nicolas Dierynck also, is it fair to say that having a proper jump technique/mechanism is important? Saying this because many people, mainly kids are strong but when they jump we clearly see that they can jump more but it’s like they are “minus jumping”. How can we teach “jumping”? Is that even possible!
