I enjoyed the first class. The biggest takeaway is that training is a must along with daily practice. So far I do use my bowls, but only for me. My husband enjoys listening in and so does my son, but I still have a long way to go before I am doing a full on sound bath for others.

I just uploaded a guide for the manifestation quest. It's located in the classroom and I also put it in a separate post. I don't know why I didn't think of this until this morning to do it. I hope that it's some thing that can help you.🥰
