No ads No fancy funnels. Just cold DMs, retention scripts, and obsession with client results. Here’s exactly how I did it (and what most people get wrong): 🧵 1/ Most people try to look “established” before they’ve helped anyone. I did the opposite. Started with no credibility, no case studies — just a deep understanding of how to write videos that actually keep people watching. So I picked one problem to solve: “Your YouTube videos aren’t getting you leads.” 2/ Then I sent cold DM’s 5–10 people every day. Not “Hey bro, need video editing?” I led with insight. → Sent short audits → Rewrote their hooks → Gave real feedback they could use immediately → Never asked for money upfront 3/ Once they replied, I did this: → Scripted their first video myself → Fixed their retention structure → Helped them title and thumbnail it for conversions The only goal: make them say“Holy sh*t, this guy gets it.” Results came fast. So did referrals. 4/ Most people focus on flashy editing. I focused on scripting + structure. Because YouTube isn’t about views — it’s about watch time and positioning. Once I mastered that, I could: → Help service providers stand out → Turn videos into trust machines → Generate leads without ad spend 5/ Fast forward 90 days: ✅ Multiple high-ticket clients ✅ Repeatable fulfillment system ✅ Inbound leads weekly ✅ No paid ads ✅ 100% built through value-first outreach If you’re trying to grow a service biz:Don’t chase hacks.
